Mikko Ketokivi

Mikko Ketokivi is a Professor of Operations Management and Organization Design at IE Business School. He received a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Minnesota, and a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. from Iowa State University. Dr. Ketokivi’s research, teaching, and consulting are best described as a combination of economics, sociology, psychology, management, philosophy, and statistics. read more

Amanda Wilford

Amanda Wilford researches and teaches in the field of management accounting. Her primary research areas include internal control, performance measurement, and managerial accounting disclosure. Amanda has taught accounting at both the bachelors and masters levels. Luis Gomez-Mejia

Luis Gomez-Mejia returns to Arizona State University, where he taught for two decades before joining Texas A&M University and the University of Notre Dame. Prior to his first appointment with ASU, Gomez-Mejia taught at the University of Colorado at Boulder. A highly cited scholar, his research focuses on the relationships of international management, strategic management, executive compensation, and family businesses. read more

Despite the fact that many people think that accounting practice is characterised by the mechanic application of a set of rules, Marco Trombetta believes that the only way to account properly for a transaction is to first understand the economics of it and then apply the accounting mechanics. Sumit Malik

Sumit Malik is a PhD student in Marketing (Consumer Behavior) in the second year. His research focuses on the effect of visual and verbal messages on sensory perception. Sumit has over 12 years of professional experience and, prior to joining the PhD program, was leading the Research & Analytics function of Pearson India as DGM – Marketing. In addition, he established the India operations of Spire Research and Consulting, a boutique market research firm.

Rob Langan

Rob Langan is a PhD candidate at IE Business School. His research currently focuses on the antecedents and consequences of CEO and top management team successions. Prior to his PhD, Rob completed an MBA at EDHEC Business School. Rob is originally from Winnipeg, Canada, where he earned a BA in History and subsequently worked for 6 years in tennis coaching and development at the local, regional, and national level.

Sreyaa Guha

Sreyaa is a PhD candidate in the Department of Marketing. Her research focuses on social interaction based consumer preference formation and firms´ manipulation of social interactions. She uses analytical models and experiments in her research. Before joining the PhD, she worked as a Vice President at State Bank of India. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from WBUT and an MBA in Marketing from University of Calcutta, India.
